If a customer purchases any product from Joss and Main and if it doesn’t meet their expectations, the company provides them with a 30-day standard return policy from the day of purchase. Customers get a satisfaction guarantee on all the purchased products. The product to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition without any damage and with its original packaging. Joss and Main are website-based retailers and products are allowed to mail back by the customers to the company. The product must be in its original form at the time of return means it should be unopened and with no damage to the item.
